This policy explains what Axorya AI collects, how it is used, and how integrations are handled.
Overview
Axorya AI is an AI chat workspace developed by Axody. The service uses your data to provide the features you choose to use, including saved chats, file analysis, generated images, and optional integrations. Integrations are optional and can be disconnected from your profile.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as your email address, display name, profile photo, authentication provider, and login session details.
- Chat content, uploaded attachments, generated images, and chat metadata when you use saved chats.
- Temporary chat content while the temporary chat is active. Temporary chats are not saved as normal chat history.
- Integration data when you choose to connect a supported account.
- Basic technical data such as cookies required for sign-in, OAuth security state, and application operation.
Sign-In Integrations
- A sign-in integration may provide basic identity information such as an account ID, email address, and profile name.
- Axorya does not request access to unrelated content from your sign-in account.
- Short-lived sign-in access tokens are used during authentication and are not stored as integration tokens.
Integration Data
- If you connect an integration, Axorya may read only the data approved during authorization.
- Integration data is used only when it is relevant to your request.
- Axorya does not provide medical diagnosis and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
How We Use Information
- To provide AI chat responses, file analysis, image generation, saved chat history, and account features.
- To personalize answers when you explicitly connect integrations.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, and operate the service.
- To send account-related emails such as verification messages when needed.
Data Sharing
- Axorya does not sell your personal data.
- Your prompts, files, and integration context may be sent to AI and infrastructure providers as needed to generate responses and operate the app.
- Integration data is used only for the functionality you request inside Axorya.
- We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to secure the service.
Storage and Retention
- Saved chats remain available until you delete them or your account is removed.
- Integration OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and can be removed by disconnecting the integration from your profile.
- Profile information is retained while your account is active.
- Some operational records may remain in backups or logs for a limited period as part of normal service operations.
Your Choices
- You can delete individual chats from the chat interface.
- You can disconnect integrations from the profile page.
- You can also revoke access from the integration provider's account permissions page.
- You can stop using temporary chats without saving them as normal history.
Security
- Passwords are hashed before storage.
- OAuth tokens for integrations are encrypted at rest.
- Access to saved chats and connected data is scoped to the signed-in account.
- No online service can guarantee perfect security, but Axorya uses practical safeguards to reduce risk.
